Hi Folks,

With the WOW SHOW behind us, I can really say that it was a huge success and the weather was great. We also had good support from the public. Once again, I would like to thank everyone who was involved with the planning and the setting up on the day, it was much appreciated.

Guys we are into the second half of the year and this is the time that we all find very busy, therefore we will give you the events for the rest of the year so we can all plan our weekends accordingly. The first one will be the Darts event on the 17th of July and this will be with a difference. With the darts this year we will be having a spit-braai. This was decided by popular vote at the June noggin.

On the15th August we have a potjie competition and the 22nd August a garage hop and ladies outing. The 18th-19th Sept we will have our camping weekend away and this year we are off to Kei Mouth.

On the 2nd October Port Elizabeth will host their first car show and we would like to support them as they always support us, especially the WOW show.

On the17 October we are planning a pancake run and on the 21stNov the Show and Shine with a braai afterwards.

On the 28th of Nov we will have our 20th AMATOLA CLASSIC CAR RUN. This year the committee is planning a lot of special things to celebrate this achievement. We will have a special metal bumper badge made to commemorate this special event and this will be a limited edition (a collectors item second to none, replica of the original).

Then we will end off the year with our prize giving on the 4th Dec. Good luck to the guys who are still busy with their cars, I know they are all trying to have it ready for the Show and Shine.
